My music encompasses storytelling songwriting with influences from the singer/songwriter movement of the 60s and 70s. My songs tend to be dark and introspective and stylistically pay homage to my favorite writers. I avoid disposable/generic themes and overtly electronic production values. Stating obvious ideas in un-obvious ways is something I strive for.

 

Happy songs have their place, but rarely offer me an opportunity to show lyrical depth. So you won't hear much of that. I hope you will join me in my musical journey and that you will identify with my songs.
